Investor Operations Specialist

About the Role:
Yieldstreet is seeking an Investor Operations Specialist to help manage our high growth organization. You will be responsible for tasks essential to maintaining the operational excellence of Yieldstreet's Investor experience, including partnership accounting, reconciliation, cap table management and syndication, ACH processing, building best practices and tools for servicing and monitoring the Investor Operations function, and resolving complex investor inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage support software/platforms like Geneva, World Investor, Looker and Excel
- Lead the reconciliation process and capital account balance calculations
- Subscription processing including awareness of various operational cadences and fund structures to ensure a smooth investor allocation experience
- Distribution / payment processing to investors. This includes ensuring accurate calculations, timely transactions, and communicating with investors about their distributions.
- Investment onboarding and offboarding inclusive of obtaining EIN/TIN's, opening bank accounts, and ensuring offering setup is complete & accurate pre-launch
- Oversee payment / transfer processing through various banks & custodians
- Middle office operations- inclusive of account transfers, investor refunds, reconciling payment issues, and managing ACH transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting. (Masters or equivalent degree in a relevant field or ACCA, CFA qualified a plus)
- 3-7 years of operations experience in either Financial Services, Private Equity/Credit, middle - office , banking, or treasury/accounting functions or in an internationally reputed audit firm.
- Fundamental knowledge of SPVs, Fund Structures, Private Equity, Private Credit, Structured Notes
- Familiarity with systems utilized to support the Operations of an asset management firm, PE/PC or Banking and the general flow of data.
- Experience with portfolio accounting software such as Advent Geneva, World Investor or other accounting systems.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Project Management skills with the ability to take a complex and ambiguous problem through a process of solution-oriented structuring for operational control
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) with the ability to collaborate with various departments and write out Policies and Procedures with a level of detail that anyone could read and execute if needed.
- High attention to detail and a problem solving mindset

Compensation:
- HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $120,000 (Actual salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Compensation package also includes generous, bonus, benefits and equity.
