Investor Relations Role

This exciting opportunity is with a growing asset management firm with a global reach, boasting a significant asset under management (AUM) in New York. As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements and performance metrics to provide insights for quarterly and annual reports. You will also monitor market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to assess their impact on the company and its stock. Additionally, you will prepare materials for earnings calls, investor presentations, and shareholder meetings, ensuring clear and effective communication. Your role will also involve cultivating and maintaining relationships with current and potential investors, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns. Furthermore, you will maintain an investor database and track shareholder activity, ensuring accurate records of stock ownership and investment trends. Lastly, you will ensure that all communications comply with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to provide insights for quarterly and annual reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to assess their impact on the company and its stock.
- Prepare materials for earnings calls, investor presentations, and shareholder meetings, ensuring clear and effective communication.
