Merchandising Supervisor

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Merchandising Supervisor. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, creating a high-energy store environment that engages consumers and models excellent service behaviors.
- Proactively resolve consumer concerns, partnering with store management to address elevated issues.
- Participate in training programs for new hires and current employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Work closely with store management to set expectations, coach, and contribute to an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Efficiently handle cash handling and merchandise operations, maintaining high standards and compliance with store policy.
- Supervise store teams in the absence of other management members.
- Comply with all Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, following directives from store management.

If you're a self-starter with a growth mindset, enjoy learning new tools and initiatives, and have a proven track record in supervising, coaching, and training, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED preferred.
