Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries International Inc. As a key member of our donation center team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our donors and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Donation Processing: Receive and process donations in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that all donated items are properly stored and accessible to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with donors, customers, and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
