Job Summary:
The Donation Attendant is a vital member of our team, responsible for receiving and processing donations in a courteous and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Donation Processing: Receive and process donations from customers, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that all items are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Operations: Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, operating equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or inventory management experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
