This is a pivotal role within the Google Customer Solutions Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving global initiatives forward by delivering business critical analytical insights and ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution.
The RSO organization develops large-scale initiatives to deliver customer success and sets high-level goals to improve productivity. Within RSO, the Global Product Lead (GPL) team's mission is to empower GCS to grow customers globally by delivering solutions through technology and operational excellence.
As a Strategic Global Product Owner, you will oversee signal performance monitoring and impact tracking, lead the exploration of business problems, and leverage data analysis and metrics to design, pitch, or assess impact for potential signal solutions. You will also identify data signal gaps, consolidate systems/pipelines, and influence go-to-market/product roadmaps and prioritization.
This role requires collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop signals and related tools. You will lead the product development lifecycle of designing, testing, and deploying data signals, manage stakeholder-related activities, and balance escalations, requirements, and feedback.

In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary range of $115,000-$169,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Some key responsibilities include:
- Driving change management, including communications, UAT, pilot, and launch activations, with key deliverables such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and change management plans.
- Leveraging data analysis and metrics to design, pitch, or assess impact for potential signal solutions.
- Consolidating systems/pipelines and influencing go-to-market/product roadmaps and prioritization.
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop signals and related tools.
- Managing stakeholder-related activities, including managing and balancing escalations, requirements, and feedback.
