Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project milestones and evaluate expenses; Utilize financial systems to compare actual costs against estimates and generate precise project cost reports; Identify factors affecting job site efficiency and assess their impact on the project; Modify project plans and cost estimates as needed to achieve financial objectives.
  • Oversee the acquisition of materials, supplies, and subcontractors essential for the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects.
  • Deliver financial oversight for projects, including forecasting revenue, managing monthly invoicing, monitoring cash flow, and conducting budget versus cost analyses (WIP reviews).
  • Maintain proactive communication regarding project timelines, change proposals, and related activities with clients, while striving to enhance customer satisfaction continuously.
  • Recognize potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate impacts and manage deviations from estimated costs and timelines.
  • Serve as "our customer's premier service provider" by providing timely project updates, promptly addressing concerns, and regularly soliciting feedback on our performance.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the capacity to engage with a diverse range of individuals both within and outside the organization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientation and awareness of client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in computer applications - Word / Excel.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative, engages in proactive behaviors, and seeks opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and solution identification.
  • Robust financial analytical skills, particularly in cost management.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative working environment for clients and team members.

Education: High School/GED or equivalent

Preferred Experience: (not mandatory):

  • 1-3 years in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
