We are currently in search of a seasoned HVAC Systems Supervisor to guide our team of commissioning and startup technicians within the Commercial Construction sector. This pivotal role requires overseeing various construction projects to ensure their success and uphold outstanding customer service standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC
  • Prior supervisory experience leading HVAC/plumbing teams
  • OSHA 30 certification is mandatory; ASHE certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the Construction Technician team for HVAC system commissioning, ensuring proper documentation
  • Manage field personnel, including conducting performance evaluations and training
  • Handle warranty management and service requests
  • Effectively communicate with contractors, customers, and internal teams regarding warranty matters
