Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, with the highest level of quality, on time, on budget, and with no adverse impact to the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project management teams to prioritize key activities on an extensive pipeline of projects in various stages from design through closeout.
  • Ensure that proper construction procedures are followed, including Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, and workmanship.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure projects are properly designed, planned, and completed.
  • Develop standards, methods-of-procedures, Safety Plans, and other procedures for quality project execution.
  • Identify solutions and strategies that improve operational performance.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate items that may result in adverse impact to schedule/budget.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the solar installation industry.
  • 5 years of progressive construction leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to review engineering designs, contracts, scopes of work, and commissioning plans.
  • History of delivering projects safely, with quality, on schedule, and on budget.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 USD.
