The organization is seeking a Hardware Configuration Management Specialist to contribute significantly to their operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing and documenting a communication strategy along with design schematics for a varied RNEC/LNEC network framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop electronic resources and communication methodologies for Land Mobile Radio systems.
  • Create and update communication materials utilizing Information Technology (IT) concepts and terminology.
  • Distill complex technical IT information for audiences without a technical background.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality control editorial reviews on all materials.
  • Track and report the results of internal communication initiatives to the relevant authorities.
  • Engage in weekly Technical Review Board (TRB) and Change Control Board (CCB) sessions.
  • Ensure that backup systems and off-site storage solutions are operational and current.
  • Execute daily backup procedures, confirming that all critical file systems and data are accurately backed up to the designated media.
  • Maintain and provide support for backup systems and components, including after-hours assistance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of pertinent experience.
  • Possession of Baseline Certifications for IAT-II in accordance with DoD M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002.
  • Secret clearance Tier 5 investigation is mandatory.
