Job Title: Cook Chinese Food

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Fortune Casinos. As a Cook Chinese Food, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese dishes according to our house recipes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup your station in an organized manner to ensure efficient production.
  • Stock and restock your station with the necessary goods to execute production.
  • Prepare foods that will be served to guests at a later time during their shift.
  • Prepare foods to order to guests' specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
  • Follow proper food handling guidelines of the health department at all times.
  • Maintain good working relationships with other employees at all times.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
