We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Fortune Casinos. As a Cook Chinese Food, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese dishes according to our house recipes.
Key Responsibilities:- Setup your station in an organized manner to ensure efficient food preparation.
- Stock and restock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies to execute production.
- Prepare foods to be served to guests during their shift, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare foods to order, taking into account guests' specifications and dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Follow proper food handling guidelines at all times, ensuring the highest standards of food safety.
- Maintain good working relationships with other employees, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
