Clinical Nurse Practitioner

Management Recruiters of Arkansas is seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinical Nurse Practitioner to lead a new occupational health facility aimed at serving employees and their families. This role is essential in providing comprehensive healthcare services in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing health assessments and clinical care for patients with stable chronic conditions.
  • Evaluate and treat a range of acute and chronic health issues.
  • Implement treatment plans, including those related to workplace injury cases.
  • Conduct regular health evaluations and develop strategies for employee wellness.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care.
  • Ensure accurate and current documentation of patient information.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the clinic, which operates Monday through Friday.
  • Coordinate health and wellness initiatives with clinic staff and relevant personnel.

Qualifications

  • Valid APRN license in Arkansas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an APRN, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setting.
  • Possession of DEA authority.
  • Certification in Family Practice.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with a diverse workforce.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.

Education

Master's Degree in Nursing with Family Practice Board Certification.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $125,000 annually.
