About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst to join our Arizona team. As a GIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our core services by creating applications for field data collection and producing maps to supplement various environmental permitting & assessment documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain field data collection applications using ESRI Field Apps.
  • Develop and maintain maps and related geospatial documentation.
  • Design and implement web-based GIS layers and geoportals utilizing ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise systems.
  • Assist in proposal and pre-project planning activities.
  • Work with large datasets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in the design and development of GIS systems and applications.
  • Deep understanding of spatial concepts and theory.
  • Expertise with ESRI field data applications and GPS receivers.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Knowledge of scripting in Python is an asset.
  • Proficiency in managing ArcSDE databases and SQL tables is preferred.
  • Experience with CAD is preferred.
