Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, including the coffee station, food service prep bar area, and bathrooms.
  • Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure that the store is fully stocked at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Shift Leader.
  • Assist with executing Company processes and programs to provide a consistent guest shopping experience.
Working Relationships

As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will work closely with the Store team members, Store Manager, District Manager, and various Corporate personnel and vendors.

Requirements
  • Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day and lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; ability to lift 40 lbs., reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures).

Travel

This position does not require travel.Hours & Conditions

This position is part-time (up to 29 hours) and full-time (30-40 hours).
