Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Manager to join our team at Beacon Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical onboarding and operations for our plans and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall clinical onboarding program
  • Ensure seamless credentialing and payer enrollment processes
  • Manage and oversee the work of others to achieve program goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in credentialing and payer enrollment
  • Deep knowledge of the credentialing process from A to Z
  • Multi-state credentialing experience
  • Experience working with CVOs, PECOS, CAQH, and CAQH ProView
  • Knowledge of post-contract EDI/ERA/EFT setups
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
