Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Comprehensive Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care in Medsurg, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care settings
  • Administer medications, document patient care, and educate patients and families
  • Manage unit operations effectively and make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers
  • Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience required in Medsurg/Telemetry and Intermediate Care
  • 5 years of experience preferred
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required
  • RN License in state of employment or compact required
