Position Overview

United Talent is actively seeking a Renovation Worker to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing various facilities through a range of skilled tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical work as needed
  • Replace filters in HVAC systems
  • Conduct plumbing repairs
  • Execute minor carpentry tasks
  • Handle painting projects
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
Work Schedule and Compensation:

This position operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction is required
  • Background in landscaping is beneficial
  • Proficiency in painting is necessary
  • Masonry skills are an advantage
  • Plumbing expertise is a plus
  • HVAC knowledge is desirable
Benefits:
  • Weekly payments via Direct Deposit or Pay Card
  • Unlimited referral bonuses: earn $40 for each referral that completes 40 hours, and an additional $100 after they reach 100 hours
