Pharmacy Technician

Walgreens is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our pharmacists in the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software, to ensure efficient and accurate processing of prescriptions.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and patient care.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
