Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Orr Hyundai & Automall of Russellville. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to determine the nature of their vehicle's mechanical issues.
    • Provide accurate and transparent information about the required repairs and maintenance.
  • Repair Order Management
    • Obtain accurate customer and vehicle data to ensure efficient repair order processing.
    • Clearly explain the repair instructions and estimated costs to customers.
    • Obtain customer approval for repairs and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and analyze quality control reports to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective repair order processing.
    • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments to maintain expertise.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
    • At least six months to one year of related experience in a service advisor or customer service role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations.
Work Environment

The Service Advisor will work in a fast-paced service environment, interacting with customers and colleagues regularly. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
