Job Summary

Lakeshore Employment Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Eastwood Estates in Gibsonton, FL. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance work on facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting work.
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Manage repairs and maintenance with vendors and ensure proper care of the property.
  • Maintain pools, landscaping, utilities, roads, signage, clubhouse, and other community infrastructure elements.
  • Supervise outside contractors working on the property.
  • Adhere to all maintenance and purchasing directives.
  • Prepare inventory homes for sale or rent.
  • Troubleshoot any needs for the property.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Minimum of two years of general experience in building trades, plumbing, repair, and replacement maintenance or handy work.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
  • Ability to use email.
  • Valid driver's license with three years of good driving history.
Compensation

$18.00/hour (based on experience) plus up to 5% quarterly bonus and housing discount.
