Mixology Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are in search of a skilled and passionate Bartender to enhance our beverage service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for mixology, an eye for detail, and a welcoming demeanor. As a Bartender, your role will involve crafting innovative and delightful cocktails, delivering outstanding service to patrons, and playing a vital part in the success of our bar operations.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Bartender is tasked with providing exceptional hospitality to guests, establishing genuine connections, and ensuring engaging service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your primary responsibility will be to understand guest preferences while preparing beverages that meet our high standards promptly.

• Uphold grooming and uniform standards
• Deliver authentic hospitality and build emotional connections with guests
• Contribute to the overall teamwork and success of the establishment
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
• Assess guest needs and make appropriate recommendations to enhance their experience
• Present offerings without pressure, ensuring a pleasant experience
• Prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide beverage tray service and respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items
• Adhere to all alcohol service protocols
• Address guest complaints professionally and notify management as needed
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
• Coordinate with management regarding table availability and updates
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Exhibit professionalism and a gracious demeanor at all times
• Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
• Execute any additional tasks as requested by management

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Education: High School diploma; must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, and write).

Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.

Computer Skills: Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Certificates & Licenses: Must meet local legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages; must possess coordination skills for serving multiple drinks and plates.
