Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Cocktail Server to join our team at The Cordish Companies. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Greeting and Service: Greet all guests in a prompt and professional manner, taking beverage and food orders with a smile.
• Cocktail Service: Serve cocktails and/or menu items to bar guests, upselling when taking orders to enhance the guest experience.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with co-workers, kitchen staff, and guests, both verbally and through the point of sales system.
• Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in all concept products and menu items to guide the guest experience and sell food and beverage items.
• Service Recovery: Alert management of any service and/or safety issues, making appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

• Experience: At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue, preferably in a nightclub environment.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments is preferred.
• Age Requirements: Must meet state legal age requirements.
• Language Skills: Must speak fluent English, with other languages preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to handle, carry, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, stand and move efficiently and safely throughout the facility during each shift.
