We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, Arizona. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field. You should have experience in ABA early intervention and possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, including speech, occupational therapy, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement
