We are committed to setting the standard for excellence in leadership and teaming in the field of early autism intervention. Our approach focuses on Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs), which combines behavioral strategies with knowledge of child development to improve skills acquisition and motivation.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge of autism and neurotypical development, proficiency in conducting assessments, and experience designing and implementing treatment plans based on assessment results. Additionally, they should demonstrate a talent for using emotion and logic to connect with people and communicate effectively.
This role offers competitive salary, relocation assistance, bi-annual performance evaluations, and year-end bonuses based on profit-sharing. Job Responsibilities- Conduct quarterly assessment treatment planning to ensure effective care delivery.
- Provide ongoing supervision to behavior therapists to ensure fidelity of treatment techniques and modification of treatment protocols.
- Partner with parents and caregivers to empower them with the knowledge and tools necessary to support their child's development.
- Maintain accurate documentation to track progress and inform future treatment decisions.
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- An active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst by the Arizona State Board of Psychological Examiners.
- A valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- At least two years of experience practicing as a BCBA/LBA, with a caseload of clients receiving early autism intervention.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location: Phoenix, AZ.
