Drive Inbound Pipeline Growth as a Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead our inbound pipeline generation efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for architecting and executing integrated marketing programs that increase positive awareness, inspire trust, and drive new business and expansion pipeline.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has mastered demand generation, integrated campaign marketing, and event execution at a mid-career level (manager/senior manager) and is ready to execute at the next level. You will need to combine strategic thinking, planning, and prioritization with hands-on drive to execute, unblock, and measure the success of your plans independently.

You will partner closely with our SVP of Marketing and the Marketing team to prioritize key areas of focus with respect to quarterly goals. What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to create useful and share-worthy multimedia content that feeds our programs.
  • Leverage various channels, including targeted direct mail and gifting campaigns, in-person and virtual events, email, organic social, paid social, paid sponsorships, SEO, and SEM, to create brilliant pipeline-generating programs.
  • Develop delightful, best-in-class signal-based ABM programs, leveraging Sendoso and tools like UserGems and 6Sense to build dynamic account lists and engage, multithread into, and convert best-fit, high-intent target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and our partners to optimize and scale our partner marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute our conference and field event strategy, getting Sendoso in front of the right people/companies and bringing prospects and customers together.
  • Be an authority on the engine that drives inbound pipeline growth for our business and share your insights internally and externally.
  • Dig into the data: interpret multitouch and SFDC reports, obsess over pipeline and conversion numbers, and build/own dashboards that will help direct your strategy and quarterly/annual forecasts.
  • Help us craft a delightful and effective online buying experience that puts the buyer first every step of the way.
  • Build a culture of consistent, focused experimentation and optimization to improve channel performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive alignment and develop strong relationships within marketing and with Sales, Product, and CX.

Your Experience:

  • 6 years of demand generation/integrated campaign marketing and event experience.
  • Using content marketing, events, and gifting/direct mail to connect with people in a meaningful way and drive marketing results is a superpower of yours.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with agencies/consultants on successful integrated marketing programs.
  • Can showcase examples of exceptional programs you've built to drive pipeline with integrated programs.
  • Passionate about creating a buying experience that puts the customer at the forefront of every decision and elevates the overall journey our customers take as they interact with our brand.
  • Very organized and execution-oriented.
  • A passion for data analysis and using data to drive incremental improvements and steady growth.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — you get a kick out of unblocking yourself and others, fixing what's broken, learning new tools, and taking ownership where needed to move the needle.
