Position Overview:
Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Cleanroom Production Specialist. This position is focused on operating machinery within a controlled environment, ensuring adherence to strict manufacturing protocols.

Shift Details:
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $20.00

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support 5S and safety initiatives aligned with best manufacturing practices.
  • Manufacture extruded tubing and liquid silicone rubber molded components.
  • Gather and document essential process data.
  • Assist engineering teams with validation and experimental tasks.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to the manufacturing process in collaboration with team members.
  • Adhere to cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning and mask usage.
  • Maintain tools and equipment utilized in production.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative work environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational goals.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Previous experience in a cleanroom setting.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position is $20.00. Our associates are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits. We also provide an Employee Assistance Program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our benefits allow employees to select coverage that best fits their personal needs.
