Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and create long-term loyalty through active listening and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on our latest vehicle offerings, optional packages, and advanced technology to provide expert demonstrations and advice.
  • Demonstrate new and used vehicles in a professional and engaging manner to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Foster referral business by following up with satisfied customers and encouraging them to refer friends and family.
  • Analyze sales situations and develop effective strategies to overcome objections and drive results.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve objectives, set goals, and evaluate performance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and deliver high-quality performance every day.

Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Able to work flexible hours and weekends, including evenings and holidays.
  • Predisposed to learning new product details and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey complex information.
  • A professional and well-groomed personal appearance that reflects positively on the dealership.
  • A clean driving record and willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Bilingual skills are highly valued and may be advantageous in serving a diverse customer base.
