  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in nursing.
  • Experience: No experience required.
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) within 6 months of hire.
Skills and Abilities
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to make critical, independent decisions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, including delegation, organization, prioritization, and building team rapport.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, including keyboarding, navigation within a windows operating system, and use of electronic medical records systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, climb, and reach above shoulders throughout the workday.
  • Visual and Auditory Demands: Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine-hand manipulation skills.
