Sales Professional for Nonstandard Auto Insurance

Compensation PackageThe company offers a competitive base salary ranging from $16 to $20+ per hour, along with monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and bonus incentives.
Job DescriptionAs an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Primary duties include soliciting new business, maintaining current levels, and achieving sales production goals. Additionally, you will build relationships with customers, educate them on suitable products, and accurately account for all transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Possession of Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferably)
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish (preferably)
- Experience in sales or customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills
