About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Compensation Clerk to join our team at SilverLinx. As a key member of our Human Resources and Organization department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel master data using SAP HCM software
- Process payroll and prepare related documents
- Provide expert knowledge and support to team members on special topics
- Act as a contact person for employees and external parties on administrative HR matters
- Ensure compliance with labor and civil service regulations, social security, and income tax law
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in payroll
- Professional experience in human resources, preferably in the public sector (TVöD)
- Experience in labor and, if applicable, civil service regulations, social security, and income tax law
- Strong user knowledge of the HR software SAP HCM
- Customer and service-oriented attitude, with excellent communication skills
