Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical interface for site teams and collaborate with engineering for project execution.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Baker Hughes's technical documentation and machinery data to compare it with customer requests, ensuring alignment.
  • Provide project leadership and technical direction for identified opportunities, incorporating robust technical risk management and mitigation.
  • Lead technical decisions with BH and customers for project-related discussions.
  • Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset and communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.

Able to read and understand engineering documents (like P&ID, Data sheets, Cause & Effect chart, Field instrument list, O&M manuals, etc.). Able to read various Service Requests (issue reporting platform), understand the technical issue, and summarize the issue in a concise manner.

Collaborate with other engineering team members, field service engineers, digital team members for on-time delivery of the given task. Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
