Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II - Night Shift is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting process and electrical equipment that supports the manufacturing process areas. This role requires strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMPs, and Quality Standards in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safe and efficient hands-on maintenance of manufacturing and utilities systems, including WFI, RO, vessels, and components such as pumps, fans, valves.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain facility structures and equipment as directed by the immediate supervisor and as assigned through work orders.
- Support the manufacturing floor by helping set up CIPs, COPs, and equipment LOTOs.
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance through the CMMS system.
- Provide a moderate level of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair of process systems, equipment, and equipment components.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Trade School Certificate or demonstrated mechanical experience.
- Electrical background up to 480VAC preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written form.
- Interact constructively with peers/teams.
- Understand schematics and job blueprints.
- Troubleshoot knowledge of miscellaneous equipment, process equipment, and utilities.
