Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. This role requires a minimum of three years' experience in mental health settings, with a strong background in assessment and referral, leadership, and scheduling.

About the Role:

  • As a House Supervisor RN, you will provide safe, competent nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met and their safety is ensured.
  • You will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, promoting a positive work environment and high-quality patient care.
  • Your expertise in nursing assessments, group psychoeducation, family psychoeducation, individual psychoeducation, and program development will be invaluable to our team.
  • You will interact with community agencies to establish mental health networks, participate in program development meetings, and communicate with supervisors to ensure seamless coordination of services.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist the Assessment and UR department as needed, compile and maintain accurate patient charts, and review charts for physician orders.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse licensure in South Carolina.
  • Minimum three years' experience in mental health settings, preferably in leadership, scheduling, or assessment and referral roles.
