  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets as directed by Salon Manager, promoting FACE FOUNDRI products to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Communicate with Salon Manager regarding inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.
  • Timekeeping and Attendance: Adhere to company timekeeping procedures, ensuring accurate record-keeping and punctuality.
  • Training and Development: Participate in mandatory training and team meetings, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous guest service experience preferred (1 year), with salon experience being a plus.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Availability: Part-time availability, with a focus on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons (2-7pm).
