About the Position:

We are seeking a Senior Telecom Designer to contribute to diverse, high-impact projects delivering engineering solutions that make a tangible difference in communities and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead design efforts by applying deep expertise in telecommunications, security, and audio/visual systems design, including MDF/IDF/Demarc room layouts, horizontal cabling, wireless access, surveillance systems, nurse call, and access control systems.
  2. Collaborate with engineers and clients to recommend innovative design solutions that meet project needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to specifications.
  3. Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced technicians, offering training and technical support to ensure project consistency and quality.
