Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled File Clerk to join our team at Always Best Care. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct thorough research and data retrieval to provide customers with accurate information.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry to ensure seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 2+ years of previous customer service experience, including scheduling, taking in-bound calls, and making outbound calls.
- 2+ years of experience with case management systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Data Entry Skills.
- Excellent Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary Range:
$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
