Micron Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SSD Validation Engineer to join our Enterprise SSD Validation Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the validation of our enterprise SSD products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test plans and strategies to validate SSD products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and validation
  • Lead the validation process, ensuring timely and accurate results
  • Identify and analyze technical issues, and develop solutions to improve product quality and performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and validation reports
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in SSD validation, with a strong background in enterprise SSDs, NAND, and memory storage hierarchy
  • Deep knowledge of NVMe storage protocols and firmware development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile product development processes and project management
  • Knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies and tools
What We Offer

Micron Technology offers a competitive salary range of $137,000 to $233,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as paid time off and holidays.
