We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in contributing to the development of our water-cooled chillers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a deep understanding of mechanical theories, concepts, and technical principles related to water-cooled chillers.
- Develop and implement design ideas, working closely with the design and drafting group to generate layout concepts and system configurations.
- Contribute to the on-time completion of programs, regularly reporting on project status and generating technical documentation.
- Analyze, design, modify, and troubleshoot mechanical sub-components and sub-systems based on test data.
- Apply mechanical codes such as UL, CE, PED, and ASME, and possess knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- BS in Engineering or related science.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of fluid and thermal principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
