About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at HomeGrown, a daytime eatery in Rogers, Arkansas. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrub, wash, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glasses to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Complete all assigned prep work, following recipes exactly as written.
  • Set up workstation and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
  • Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shift.
  • Aid with putting away deliveries and completing assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and navigate throughout the restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to help with maintenance responsibilities and assist other stations on the line as needed.
