Key Responsibilities

As a Dishwasher at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas. This includes:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Safely operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
Teamwork and Guest Focus

You will work closely with your team to ensure that every decision made has the guest and team in mind. This includes:

  • Focusing on maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests
  • Supporting your team members with their tasks and responsibilities
Cleanliness and Safety Protocols

You will be expected to follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members. This includes:

  • Following proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures
  • Reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management
  • Participating in regular cleaning and maintenance tasks
