Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Reliant-Golden Sonora Care Center. In this critical role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will play a vital part in helping patients achieve their full potential and improve their overall quality of life. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and their families, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Previous experience in a clinical setting or school environment is highly valued. Additionally, strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a passion for helping others, are essential for success in this role.
