Emerge Talent Cloud is seeking a skilled Compliance and Risk Manager to join our team. As a Compliance and Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, risk management, and compliance. You will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's information security policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Perform regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on information security best practices.
- Monitor and report on compliance with information security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in information security, risk management, or compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with NIST CSF compliance and cloud security.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 per year.
