Overview
As a Compliance Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of compliance issues while mitigating risk exposure. This position requires a strong working knowledge of Paychex products and services, including laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This includes partnering with Compliance leadership and business management to identify and address potential risks. You will also develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external business partners to communicate and execute compliance needs effectively.

Key Accountabilities
1. Serve as a point of contact to manage relationships with external regulators and agencies, vendors, and other key parties.
2. Participate in complex projects and engage business partners to support strategic business initiatives.
3. Provide actionable risk analysis on regulatory matters to internal partners and prepare regular gap analyses to mitigate risks.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience or knowledge in areas such as COBRA, Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, Medicare Advantage, Paid Family Medical Leave, or Disability Insurance. The starting base pay range for this position is $$62,459, which may vary based on factors such as location, skills, education, and/or experience. Total compensation will include additional components beyond base pay.
