Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Engage residents in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interactions.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the care team.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some vocational/technical training in the nursing field, specifically with elderly and dementia care, or CNA certification.
  • Proficiency in using a computer for inputting resident information.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required (may be obtained after hire).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
