Pediatric Hospitalist Physician Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hospitalist Physician to join our team at RecruitWell. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to children in our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert pediatric consultations to the emergency department, offering timely assessments, recommendations, and treatment plans for pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with a team of pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices.
  • Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers.
