Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide exceptional care to our clients in Alta Loma, CA. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, providing assistance with daily living activities, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
  • Follow a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication.
  • Ensure the client's home is organized and safe, and assist with light housework as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
  • Assist with mobility, including helping clients in and out of bed, chairs, or wheelchairs.
  • Transport or escort clients to medical and other appointments.
  • Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a hospital, care facility, or clinic.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Further education may be beneficial.
  • Job experience and CPR training may be necessary.
  • A driver's license may be strongly desired.
  • A professional and friendly attitude.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
