Job Summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking an Electrical Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our Electrical Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our blowers, turbo blowers, compressors, and automated machine control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for our products, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other product components.
  • Develop and maintain engineering tools and documentation to aid in design and work within Aerzen's ERP software and document control systems.
  • Perform calculations, generate drawings, produce bills of materials, and design equipment and systems.
  • Conduct integration of VFD and Aerzen microcontroller-based machine controller to Aerzen blower and compressor packages for safe and reliable operation.
  • Develop and design ICPs involving VFD, PLC, HMI, and/or various instrument components to meet integrated system requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC Accredited Program.
  • Minimum 0-3 Years of Relevant Professional Experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and VFD & PLC commissioning software, as well as MS Office programs.
  • Preferred expertise in electrical and control system hardware design, electric codes and hazardous design restrictions, control circuit design and implementation, and industrial communication protocols.
