Join Buddy Boy Brands as a Sales Associate

Starting compensation is $16 per hour, plus tips.

This is a full-time position, typically requiring 35-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

  • Process transactions efficiently while ensuring a memorable experience for each customer during your shift.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels, manage patient flow, and keep your workspace clean.
  • Adhere to all operational guidelines to meet company standards and ensure compliance.
  • Foster brand loyalty with every customer interaction.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere and promote upselling.
  • Accurately measure, package, and label products sold.
  • Assist in covering other roles as necessary.
  • Effectively resolve issues while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications and Educational Background:

  • Must possess a valid Support badge from MED.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the cannabis industry is advantageous.
  • Cash handling experience is a plus.
  • Background in customer service is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Availability to work seven days a week, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in environments with exposure to allergens, chemicals, and various conditions.
