**Responsibilities**

  • Leverage resources to inform and educate the team on product knowledge, selling behaviors, and business priorities/goals.
  • Ensure associates utilize company tools and technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive customer engagement behaviors to support all loyalty initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture.
  • Strong leadership skills, including excellent customer experience behaviors, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
  • Minimum Age 21 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
